Do you only work with companies in Sri Lanka?
No. We work with Sri Lankan SMEs and with clients across the Gulf. Our working hours overlap with UAE and Saudi business hours, and we invoice in USD.
Are your prices really in USD?
Yes. The catalogue, invoices and PayPal payments are all in USD. If you pay through our local card gateway and it settles in LKR, the exchange rate is shown and locked onto your order at checkout.
What happens outside support hours?
Automated monitoring and alerting run 24/7. Human support is Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Sri Lanka time. Critical incidents are handled under the response targets in your agreement.
Can I use the site and portal in Arabic?
Yes. The public site, client portal and email notifications are available in English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout.
